Steps for Hurricane cake

Prepare ingredients-5 egg yolks, 30 grams of granulated sugar, 3 tablespoons salad oil (40ml), 3 tablespoons milk (40ml), 85 grams of low-gluten flour, 5 egg whites, 60 grams of granulated sugar

Separate the egg white and egg yolk.

Add a few drops of white vinegar to the egg white and stir, add white sugar in portions.

Beat until hard foamed (short, straight, small sharp corners).

Add white sugar to egg yolks and stir well.

Add milk and salad oil and stir well.

Sift in the egg yolks in the low flour.

Add one-third of the egg white paste to the egg yolk paste and stir up and down.

Add the mixed cake paste to the remaining protein paste and stir well.

Put the cake paste into the cake mold and shake it twice to create large bubbles.

Place in the middle and lower layers of the oven at 160 degrees for about 50 minutes, try not to open the oven door halfway through. Immediately after baking, take it out and place it upside down on the rack to cool to prevent retraction. After cooling thoroughly, pour out the cake.
