Ingredients:

- 1½ cups all-purpose flour

- ½ tsp baking soda

- ¼ tsp salt

- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened

- ½ cup granulated sugar

- ¼ cup brown sugar

- 1 large egg

- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- ½ cup dried cranberries

Instructions:

1. Preheat & Prep: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Dry Mix: Whisk flour, matcha powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl. Set aside.

3. Cream Butter & Sugars: Beat softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy (2–3 mins). Add egg and vanilla; mix well.

4. Combine: Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture, fold until just combined. Gently stir in cranberries.

5. Shape & Bake: Drop tablespoon-sized dough balls onto the sheet, 2 inches apart. Flatten slightly. Bake for 10–12 mins until edges are firm.
