1. Mixed with juice
Take fresh juice (store-bought is also fine) and mix with honey and water. Chill in the refrigerator for a wonderfully refreshing summer drink. It is effective for relieving summer heat, reducing inflammation, and refreshing the mind, something carbonated drinks cannot compare to.
2. Honey water
2 tablespoons of honey, mixed with half a cup of warm water. Stir and consume.
3. Royal jelly and pollen honey
Take 250g of pollen and soak it in 500g of honey for 10 days to allow the pollen to fully soften. Then, add 100g of fresh royal jelly and mix thoroughly. Store in a dark glass bottle. Consume one tablespoon on an empty stomach in the morning and evening. Long-term consumption can regulate the body's immune function, enhance physical fitness, delay aging, and has a significant beautifying effect.
4. Direct consumption
25-50g daily, which is 3-5 tablespoons. Take with warm water; note that the water temperature should not exceed 60°C to avoid destroying the nutritional components of honey. Mix into milk, soy milk, or porridge; spread on bread or steamed buns for consumption.
5. Honeyed hawthorn
When hawthorn is in season, remove the pits, place them in honey rock sugar, and simmer over low heat for about an hour. Store in the refrigerator and consume as desired. It is very helpful for lowering blood lipids.
6. Honey steamed bun
Add honey to flour to make steamed buns that are soft, delicious, and sweet. It can also be used to make honey cornmeal bread.
