Ingredients
Main ingredients: 300g cooked pork intestine, 100g onion, 1 green pepper, 1 red pepper
Seasonings: 5g green onion and ginger, 1g sugar, 10ml cooking wine, 10ml light soy sauce, 10g starch water, appropriate amount of sesame oil, 2g salt
Steps
1. Prepare all the ingredients.
2. Slice the cooked pork intestine and blanch it in boiling water, then drain and set aside.
3. Peel and chop the onion, and chop the green and red peppers, then set aside.
4. Heat oil in a wok and sauté the green onion, ginger, and garlic until fragrant.
