Let me introduce you to how to make peanut glutinous rice cakes.
Ingredients: 200g glutinous rice flour, 30g fine sugar, appropriate amount of water, 100g rice flour, 100g crushed peanuts, appropriate amount of fine sugar, appropriate amount of cooking oil.
Instructions:
1. First, put the rice flour into a pot and stir-fry it over low heat for 40 minutes until cooked. During the stir-frying process, you must stir the flour in the pot continuously; otherwise, the rice flour will quickly burn and turn yellow. After it's cooked, pour it into a clean plate and let it cool.
2. Gradually add the appropriate amount of water to the glutinous rice flour and fine sugar, and stir into a rice milk mixture. Then, strain it and set aside.
3. Heat the water in the pot, prepare a steaming plate, and coat the surface of the plate with a layer of cooking oil.
4. Pour the rice milk mixture into the steaming plate, place it in the pot, and steam over high heat for 20 minutes until cooked.
5. Take out the cooked glutinous rice dough and let it cool. (While cooling, do not let the dough be exposed to the wind, otherwise it will become hard/dry).
6. Mix the ingredients from step 2 and set aside. (The amount of sugar can be adjusted to personal preference).
7. Take the cooled glutinous rice dough out, put it into the rice flour, and divide it evenly into small pieces.
8. Take a piece of dough, press a hole in the center with your thumb, add an appropriate amount of peanut filling, and seal the opening gently with your fingers.
9. Sprinkle a layer of rice flour on the surface of the finished product to prevent it from being sticky.
Finally, a delicious dessert is ready!
