In winter, many people were afraid of fruits — too cold, especially bad teeth, bad stomachs, and too afraid to touch them. So does our home, a box of apples, from "young youths" to "frown milk", where no one eats. Indeed, everyone knows to eat more apples because of their high nutritional value. Apples are called "wisher fruit" and "memory fruit". It has long been discovered that eating apples enhances memory and intelligence. Apples contain not only nutrients essential to the brain, such as sugar, vitamins and minerals, but also, and more importantly, zinc. Zinc is part of many important enzymes in humans and is a key element for growth and development. Zinc is extensively involved in metabolism of protein, fat and sugar in the body through enzymes. Apples also have the dual effect of reducing cholesterol content, lowering blood pressure and perfunctation and queasing. So, it's too cold to eat apples, but let's eat it another way
