Granola

Granola

Granola cereal, in English, Granola, first branded, then ready-to-eat cereal. Granola has a high fibre content of oatmeal, which is best used to lose weight, feed and detoxify the intestinal tract. The oats are usually fed with nuts, raisins, fruit drys, or something, or else they're too homogenous. Also because of its high hardness, which may be too hard to digest with direct milk bubbles, the British generally baked Granola into cookies, or pastries, which are delicious and suitable for the stomach. Such snacks, such as oatmeal cookies, are available in supermarkets and are fortuitous items such as parties, breakfast, tourism, etc. We can also make Granola cereals at home, with all kinds of nuts that we like, honey, red sugar and even cinnamon, and breakfast and tea are good supplements. There's not much sugar, so don't worry about meat
