braised pork trotters
I can't be bothered to go out and buy groceries. I only have carrots at home and pig's trotters in the refrigerator. Okay, that's all. Stir-fried black fungus with carrots and braised pig's trotters. These are one of my husband's favorites. They are a beauty saint for girls. They are rich in collagen. Haha, everyone on earth knows...

Steps for braised pork trotters

1
Wash the pig's feet and place them in a pressure cooker.
2
Boiling the pig's trotters first.
3
Replace the water before passing the pig's trotters, and press on high heat in a pressure cooker for about 15-20 minutes.
4
Remove the cooked trotters for later use.
5
Put a small amount of oil in a wok, then add white sugar, until the white sugar melts and turns burnt brown.
6
Add the pig's trotters and stir-fry until evenly coated with sugar color (stir-fried sugar color).
7
Add soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and soup for cooking pig's trotters and cook.
8
When the soup is dry, add salt. (Because what I cooked before was rather rotten, the cooking time at this step is relatively short, otherwise you can add more fragrant leaves and add some cinnamon to add a little aroma.)
9
Sprinkle with chopped green onion and mix well before eating.
