Steps for Braised white gourd

Peel the wax gourd and cut it into pieces, and cut the surface with a knife. Spread with a little soy sauce.

Put the wax gourd with the soy sauce into the pan and fry it, keeping the oil temperature low.

Fry the surface until golden brown.

Leave the bottom oil in the pan, saute the ingredients until fragrant, and add spring onions, ginger, and water. Add salt and sugar, add less soy sauce, bring to a boil over high heat, add wax gourd pieces, turn off low heat and simmer until done, thicken, remove the pan and sprinkle with green garlic foam.
