Steps for Salmon fish head soup

Wash the salmon head and drain the water.

Cut tofu and apricot mushroom into slices; slice ginger.

Wash green vegetables and set aside.

Put the oil in the pan and cook it to 80% heat. Put the fish head into the pan and fry the 2 sides over low heat.

Fry the 2 sides thoroughly, pour into 3 large bowls of boiling water, add the tofu and salmon fish bone belly and cook together for 10 minutes.

Add in the apricot mushroom and green vegetables and cook for a while, add pepper and salt to taste.
