I have never eaten cucumbers before and stir-fry fungus. I only learned this way when I married here. It's quite refreshing.

Steps for stir-fried fungus with cucumber

Wash the fungus well when it is soaked, peel the cucumber, and a little ginger.

Slice the cucumber obliquely into thicker slices, pour into the pan at the same time as the fungus and ginger, stir-fry to an acceptable degree of maturity, add a little salt, vinegar, and chicken essence.

I don't have white vinegar at home, so the color of cucumbers is a little dark. I feel that mature vinegar is more fragrant, hee.
