Steps for Sauteed pork slices with lettuce

Peel and wash 1 lettuce and slice it into slices. Slice lean pork meat into thin slices and shred fat meat.

For the sliced celtuce, if you like it crunchy like I do, just stir-fry it briefly. If you prefer it softer, add some stock and braise it for a little while.
