Cut the tofu into small strips, of arbitrary size, roll the tofu into the flour, and wrap it up.

Raise the oil pan to medium heat, heat it 6-7 layers more, and add the tofu. The tofu can be restored when it is almost yellow. Fry all tofu until both sides are yellow.~ Turn off the heat, leave a small amount of oil in the pan, add salt, monosodium glutamate, sugar, add some water, open fire and bring to a boil, pour in the starch hooked rice, then turn off the heat, and add a little rice vinegar. Start the pot.
