Steps for stir-fried celery with pork lung

Slice pig lung, shred onion, ginger, slice celery.

Put the right amount of oil in the pan, add shredded ginger and saute until fragrant, pour the pork lungs and stir fry.

Add cooking wine first and stir fry well.

Then add the onions and stir fry for a while.

Add salt, stir-fry in oyster sauce, cover and simmer for a minute.
