Vegetarian version of tomato pasta

Vegetarian version of tomato pasta
The refreshing fried ketchup and tough spaghetti are perfect for lunch.
The recipe was learned from Italian recipes, which is quite authentic, but because there is no ketchup at home, I don't add it.
In addition, I cut it in half this time, so it looks less.
