Ozu

Ozu
This was originally our breakfast. Yiyi has an early education class at 9 a.m.. I really don't want to go to class with the smell of oil smoke, otherwise I have to wash my hair. The washing time in the morning is still very tight! I prepared all the ingredients the night before, and when I got up the next morning, I plugged in the rice cooker and it was okay! Simple and fast haha, as long as it saves trouble, it's quite delicious! Serve it with your own dried radish pickles and drink a cup of soy milk. It is nutritious and delicious!

Also dice pork belly and green onions.
  • Make step 2
    3
There is less oil in the pan, add pepper noodles and five-spice powder, stir-fry the diced pork until fragrant, and add green onions.
  • Make step 3
    4
Add two spoonfuls of soy sauce to the pan, stir-fry until fragrant, add the chopped eggplant, potatoes, and diced carrot! Add a little salt, because when cooked with rice, it is slightly salty than when cooked.
  • Make step 4
    5
The easiest step is to soak the rice and put it in an electric rice cooker for tomorrow.
  • Make step 5
    6
Put the stir-fried vegetables in the frying pan first, pour them into the electric rice cooker the next morning, press to cook, and for about 20 minutes, the fragrant diced pork and eggplant rice will be OK! It's even better with some small pickles.
  • Ozu Make Tips

It's perfect for office workers and times when you're short on time. It's simple, hassle-free, and nutritious. You can swap out the ingredients however you like. I made it for my daughter with chicken, shiitake mushrooms, and potatoes, and it was delicious too!!
