stir-fried beef and kale
Today, I finally waited until my favorite kale came on the market, so I bought a pound of fried beef!

Steps for stir-fried beef and kale

Slice the beef first and use cornflour. peanut oil. Marinate well with soy sauce.

Pick the kale and wash it.

Stir fry the kale until half-ripe and set aside. (I added a little wine when frying the kale so that the kale would be more fragrant!)

Add ginger slices and stir-fry the beef for 3 minutes, add the parsley stir-fried until half-ripe and stir-fry for 3 minutes.

Finally, sprinkle with small soy sauce and serve.
