Steps for stir-fried tofu with leeks

Put the tofu into a frying pan and fry until slightly yellow on both sides. Remove and set aside.

Pick and wash the leeks and cut them into sections for later use.

Shred green onions, chopped garlic, and sliced carrots.

Blanch the fish balls in boiling water, remove them, and cut them in half.
