This is the noodles I made for my daughter with the soup used to make sauce beef. I really don't understand why the beef has been stewed for so long, but the soup has not been lost at all. I wonder if the meat is filled with a lot of water. It's a pity to throw it away, but it's too much to keep. My husband had a social event that night, so I made a bowl of beautiful noodles for my daughter. Poor me, I ate the vegetables left over after fishing the noodles. Fortunately, the taste is also very good!
