Steps for Frozen tofu with edamame and mushroom

Prepare ingredients.

Cut frozen tofu into small pieces, blanch edamame with boiling water to cool, soak mushrooms and cut into small pieces, cut green peppers into small pieces, and chop onions, ginger, garlic and peppers.

Pour oil in a frying pan and saute chopped shallots, ginger, garlic and peppers.

Pour in frozen tofu and mushrooms and stir fry.

Add 2 tablespoons of oil, 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, a little sugar, and a little water and cook for a while.
