At the request of my delicious friends, I made bacon again today in order to inform everyone of the recipe. I hope you will like it!
I make Hakka style bacon!

    Ingredients: Fresh pork belly marinade: salt, vanilla, cooking wine.

    Spread the fresh pork belly evenly with salt (note: never wash it in water).
