Steps for stir-fried glutinous rice

Glutinous rice has been soaked in purified water for 2 days. Separate the onion white and onion leaves.

Strain slightly while frying, put into a non-stick pan and slowly stir-fry until the water is collected.

Add appropriate amount of soy sauce when it is half-cooked (you can also add a little soy sauce to color it) and continue to stir.
