Steps for braised beef

Wash the entire beef and place it in a pan and blanch it in water.

Wash the beef and cut it into large pieces. Hob the potatoes and carrots and cut it into pieces.

Put oil in the pan and stir-fry the rock sugar over low heat to melt and foam.

Add beef, star anise, dried peppers, pepper, and ginger slices and stir-fry well.

Add soy sauce and light soy sauce and stir-fry until colored.

Add water level with the beef (add more). The fire boiled.
