Steps for Vegetable beef soup

Cut beef into small pieces, put into cold water pot, boil and remove, rinse clean blood foam.

Slice mushrooms, and dice carrots, onions, and celery.

Add a small amount of olive oil to the pan (it will be more fragrant if you add a little butter), add diced onions and stir-fry until fragrant, then add diced carrots, celery and mushrooms in turn and continue to stir-fry. Finally, add the prepared ketchup, stir fry and serve.

Remove the green onions and ginger slices from the beef soup pot, then put the fried vegetables into the soup pot, simmer over low heat for 1 hour, and add appropriate amount of salt and pepper to season. (If you want the color to be brighter and more beautiful, you can add a moderate amount of ketchup or ketchup)
