Steps for Shuxiang hairtail

Ingredients: hairtail, fine bamboo shoots, green peppers seasoning: salt, ginger, cooking wine, starch, red pepper, pepper, cooked sesame seeds, white sugar, vinegar, red oil, pepper.

Wash the hairtail and cut into sections, marinate with cooking wine and salt for 20 minutes; cut thin bamboo shoots into strips; wash green peppers, cut into strips, and cut into strips with dried peppers.
