Spicy beef soup is a very spicy soup made by putting beef and onions, bracken, mung bean sprouts, taro and other vegetables into a pot and boiling it. In the sweltering summer months, when you lose your appetite, this dish is of course very helpful in restoring your vitality. In South Korea, there is a habit of eating dog meat soup on the dog days. It is prepared for those who cannot eat dog meat and made with beef. The Korean name is 'meat dog sauce', and the' meat 'here refers to beef.

Steps for Korean spicy beef soup

    Soak the beef in water for about 1 hour to remove blood, clean the beef and wash it. Pour the beef and water into the pan, cook over high heat for about 17 minutes, turn to medium heat and cook for about 1 hour, and then add the beef head and cook for about 30 minutes. Remove the cooked beef and filter the broth with a cotton cloth (2.6kg). Wash the soft bracken and taro, cut the bracken into sections about 7cm long, and tear the taro to a width of about 0.5 cm (90g).

    Remove the tail of mung bean sprouts and wash them. Cut the green onions into two pieces first, and then cut into about 7cm long. Make seasoning sauces ①,②. Tear the cooked beef along the texture to a length of 6cm and width. Add the seasoning sauce ① and stir the shredded silk about 0.5 cm thick.

    Pour water into the pot, boil over high heat for about 3 minutes, add salt and mung bean sprouts and blanch for about 2 minutes (158g), and blanch for about 1 minute (115g). Soak soft bracken. Soak soft taro. Green bean sprouts. Place the green onions in a large bowl, add the seasoning sauce ② and stir evenly.

    Pour the broth into the pan and boil, add all the seasoned ingredients, cook over high heat for about 10 minutes until boiling, turn to medium heat and continue to cook for about 40 minutes. After fully seasoned, season with salt and cook for a while.
