Steps for Vinegar cabbage

Wash all vegetarian vegetables and cut the cabbage into slices, slice the carrot and green pepper, and chop the onion, ginger and garlic into minced pieces.

Put the oil in the pan, add half of the spring onions, ginger and garlic, and stir fry until fragrant. Add cabbage and fungus and carrot.

Add soy sauce and vinegar, stir well, add salt, green pepper and the remaining onions, ginger, garlic and MSG.
