Stewed pork belly with potatoes

I also learned this dish online and cooked it twice. The potatoes I used were not fried before the first two times. Today, I fried it specially to see if there was any difference.

Steps for Stewed pork belly with potatoes

Wash the pork belly and cut it into pieces, boil it out, remove and serve on a plate for later use. Soak the potatoes into pieces in water, drain the water, pour the oil into the pan and heat it, and fry the potatoes until golden brown and serve out of the pan.

Heat the oil in the pan, add the pork belly and stir fry, stir-fry until the oil comes out, add the star anise and stir fry a few times, add the fried potatoes and stir fry a few times, add salt and soy sauce.

Pour in the meat soup, make sure the soup goes deep into the potatoes.

When the soup is almost collected, take out the pot and plate.
