Steps for Stewed pork ribs with white gourd

1
Wash the wax gourd into squares for later use.
2
Wash off the blood and put it in an electric rice cooker, add half a pot of water and start cooking.
3
When the ribs are boiled for 20-30 minutes, there will be many bubbles. Use a spoon to remove the bubbles, pour in the wax gourd, cover the lid and continue to stew. Stewed for about an hour, the wax gourd and ribs are all cooked to pieces, add salt, soy sauce, and chicken essence.
4
Add chopped green onion, remove from the pan and serve on a plate.Stewed pork ribs with white gourd Make Tips
