yipin Xian
"Yipin Xian", this name is not bad, although the ingredients used in my dish are a little exaggerated, but it is still related to the name, because this dish has a clear taste, sweet and tender radishes, soft soft bean soak, and the soup is good with bibimbap ~~~

Steps for yipin Xian

1
Wash the meat pieces and cut them into thin slices.
2
Add cornflour, oil, salt, chicken powder, mix well and marinate for a while.
3
Cut fresh shallots into chopped green onions and set aside.
4
Cut the tofu bubble and divide it into two (personally feel that it is easy for the soup to enter the bean bubble).
5
Beat the ginger pieces into pieces (boil the radish and add the ginger slices, my mother taught you).
6
Peel the radish and slice it into slices (so it is easy to cook well).
7
Wash dried oysters.
8
Add water to the pan until it is flush with the radish, add the ginger pieces and dried oysters together, bring to a boil over high heat, turn to medium heat, and occasionally stir once or twice to avoid sticking to the bottom of the pan.
9
After the radish is boiled until it is soft (about ten minutes), add the tofu bubble (such a large steam ~).
10
Add the tofu bubble and stir fry until the soup water enters the bean bubble. After a little more simmer, add the meat slices.
11
The meat slices are cooked quickly, roll, add salt, chicken powder, fish sauce, mix well, sprinkle with chopped green onion and serve out of the pan ~~~.
