I saw big and fresh scallops in the market, so I bought a few and went home. Thinking about the taste of the steamed scallops I had eaten in the hotel, so I hurriedly made steamed scallops with vermicelli... What I didn't expect was that it was even fresher and sweeter than the ones I've eaten in the hotel, probably because of the freshness and heat control!
