Stewed beef brisket with radish

Recently I received a pressure cooker for testing. I thought about it, um, I haven't eaten beef stew for a long time. I decided, let's make this. Haha ~~ There are just two samples that can be made with different flavors. It's great. Oh, the same ingredients, different wonderful tastes! Moreover, the method is super simple and is most suitable for us lazy people ~~

- onion two
- garlic 3 petals

Steps for Stewed beef brisket with radish

Wash the sirloin and cut into pieces, boil water, blanch the blood, let cool, peel the white radish and cut into hob pieces, chop the green onions, slice the ginger, chop the garlic, wash the pepper and set aside

If you are making stew, except for the onions, directly put all the ingredients mentioned in step 1 into the pressure cooker, add water that has not reached the ingredients, cover the stove, bring to a boil, wait for the air valve to start blowing out, turn to low heat, and it will be cooked in about 20 minutes ~~

Well, as soon as you open the lid, the strong flavor of the broth comes to your face. It's so fragrant ~~~ Add a proper amount of salt. B.1 Then it's the turn of the stewed meat. Heat the pan over high heat and put the oil in it. When the oil is 70% hot, add the ginger, onion and garlic into the pan and stir fry until the aroma is fragrant. Then add the beef brisket and add appropriate amount of salt to season. After frying well, turn the heat to medium heat, add a suitable amount of soy sauce and continue to stir fry. After the beef brisket is evenly colored, pour into the pressure cooker
