Steps for stir-fried chestnuts with Hangzhou cabbage

Steam the chestnuts in advance (I steam them in a rice cooker while cooking).

Peel the garlic and pat it into small pieces. Cut the chestnuts in half.

Hang cabbage is folded into small pieces by hand.

Pour appropriate amount of oil into the pan, add garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

Then pour in the Hangzhou cabbage and stir fry until it is broken.
