Steps for mutton pot

Cut the mutton into pieces and dry.

Cut a few carrots for later use and prepare some angelica.

Heat the pan and put the ginger slices. Stir fry the mutton for 4 minutes. Add some salt and stir-fry until fragrant.

Put it into a casserole, add carrots and angelica. Add some boiling water and bring to boil over high heat.

Bring to a boil and turn to low heat.

Cook over low heat for 40 minutes, stirring with chopsticks from time to time to prevent the bottom of the pot from getting burnt.

Just collect the juice and you can eat it.
