The weather is so cold, I don't know what to eat. My mother-in-law came yesterday and bought some meat for me, so my husband wanted to eat shredded ginger meat because it was his favorite, hehe.

Don't add too much vinegar; a little is enough just to enhance the flavor. If you add too much, it will be too sour and won't taste good. 3. You can fry the ginger for a bit longer; it doesn't matter if it gets a little burnt. Ginger cooked this way will be less spicy.
