Steps for Korean spicy fried squid

Wash the squid, remove the surface film, use a decorative knife, and blanch it into rolls.

Slice the green and red peppers, I broke them with my hands, and shred the green onions and ginger for later use.

Pour oil into a frying pan, heat it, add in shredded green onions and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add the blanched squid and stir-fry.

Add in the Korean chili sauce, stir fry well, and add less salt because the chili sauce is salty.

Finally, add green and red pepper pieces, stir fry evenly.
