Steps for Soybean sprouts and spinach soup

Add oil in the pan and heat and saute chives and ginger.

Add the washed soybean sprouts and stir-fry.

After frying thoroughly, add water, salt, and stock essence, and boil over high heat and turn to low heat.

Wash the spinach and cut it into sections.

When the soup is white and the bean curd is cooked, place the spinach on one side of the pan.

Pour the soup over the spinach constantly to soften it.
