In fact, this dish is a developed version of my favorite stir-fried shredded green pepper. It is also the product of inventory sweeping. I accidentally discovered that onions are really delicious in it!

Steps for Stir fry dried shredded

Cut the tofu skin into thin threads.

Green pepper carrot, shredded onion.

Saute chives, ginger and minced garlic with a little oil.

Add the dried shredded silk and stir-fry with thirteen spices until the dried shredded silk is slightly yellow.

Add sugar, a little soy sauce (preferably light soy sauce or steamed fish soy sauce), and stir-fry onions and carrots until the carrots are soft.

Note: I suggest not using a spatula; use chopsticks to stir-fry instead.
