Steps for baked tomato box

Cut the eggplant into slices.

Put the stuffing into the eggplant pieces (use the leftover dumpling stuffing, the stuffing can be made according to your taste, whether meat or vegetable is available) and place it on a baking sheet (with tinfoil).

No need to preheat, put it in the oven and bake at 150 degrees for 10 minutes (the time and temperature can be adjusted according to the oven).

Sauce: Peel the tomatoes and cut them into small pieces, add them into the pan, stir fry with a shovel while frying, add a little salt, sugar, and vinegar, simmer over low heat for 1 minute, add chopped green onion and minced garlic to serve.

Remove the tomato box and pour the juice on it.
