Steps for celery and konjac

Cut celery into sections.

Cut the konjac into shreds.

Marinate lean meat with soy sauce, cornflour, sesame oil, and sugar for a while.

Pour oil into the pan and stir-fry the lean meat first and serve for later use.

Continue to pour oil and stir-fry ginger and then add celery.

When the celery is stir-fried until it is broken, pour the konjac into it and stir fry.
