The three-colored meat slices are fried with three different colored vegetables as ingredients and the meat slices. One of the three different vegetables is the stem of broccoli and is also a product of waste utilization. Broccoli is rich in nutrients, containing protein, sugar, fat, vitamin C and carrots.
