Steps for braised pork

    Steam the eggs in an egg steamer, which takes about 15 minutes.

    Put water in the pan and wash the meat (especially the skin). Bring the water to the boil, add the meat, and then place it in cold water. Reboil a pot of water, add the meat and Pu 'er after the water boils, and force out the oil in the meat again.

    Note: Lee Kum Kee Secret Braising Sauce is on the sweet side. I didn't use much, so I seasoned it with light soy sauce and salt.
