Steps for braised pork

Steam the eggs in an egg steamer, which takes about 15 minutes.2
Put water in the pan and wash the meat (especially the skin). Bring the water to the boil, add the meat, and then place it in cold water. Reboil a pot of water, add the meat and Pu 'er after the water boils, and force out the oil in the meat again.3
Wash the onions and cut them into sections, slice the ginger into slices, and spread them on the bottom of the casserole.4
Remove the meat, cool it, and cut it into small pieces. Peel the boiled eggs.5
Put the cut meat into a casserole, pour in a proper amount of Li Kum Kee's secret braised sauce, turn on high heat, bring to a boil, and stir fry. After the meat is colored, add warm water, eggs, appropriate amount of soy sauce and salt.6

Note: Lee Kum Kee Secret Braising Sauce is on the sweet side. I didn't use much, so I seasoned it with light soy sauce and salt.
