The porridge I made in the morning was stir-fried with cabbage and fried eggs. Now that I am back in my hometown, it seems that I won't be able to serve food for a few days.

Steps for stir-fried cabbage with spicy sauce

Ingredients: cabbage, pepper, garlic (it will taste better with pork belly and a few slices of pork belly).

Wash the cabbage and tear it by hand to the appropriate size.

Cut the pepper into sections and beat the garlic into pieces.

Heat the oil in the pan, add garlic and pepper and saute until fragrant.

Pour in cabbage and stir fry, sprinkle with a small amount of water to reduce oil smoke.

Add a little light soy sauce.

Season with salt. (I don't like to add chicken essence to stir-fry vegetables. They are also delicious)
