Wash the rice and marinate it with salt and oil for more than half an hour.

Soak peanuts, cuttlefish, and dried tangerine peel.

Peel the lotus root and cut it into dices.

Put rice, lotus root, peanuts, ginger, tangerine peel, and dried cuttlefish into a pressure cooker in turn.
