Steps for stir-fried cabbage

Tear the cabbage into large pieces, wash and drain.

Cut the dried peppers into sections (remove the seeds and don't cut them into sections if you are afraid of spiciness), and cut the garlic into slices for later use.

Heat the pan and add more oil. When the oil is boiled to 70% heat (smoke rises), add pepper, dried pepper, and garlic slices to saute until fragrant.

Add cabbage and stir fry until it is ripe, add sugar, vinegar, salt, and chicken essence to taste and serve.

Set the plate and you can start eating.
