Steps for Sauteed mushroom

Wash the celery and cut it into inches. Wash the mushrooms and tear it into strips for later use.

In order to prevent water from coming out of the mushroom during the frying process, quickly blanch the mushrooms with hot water, remove and control the moisture for later use.

Heat the pan to cool the oil, add the garlic cloves and cook.

After smelling the aroma of garlic, add mushrooms and stir fry quickly.

After the mushrooms are soft, add celery sections, stir fry well, add salt, and season with soy sauce.
