I bought a piece of old tofu and made a simple home-made tofu.
Compared with tender tofu, this tofu has a rougher taste and is quite fragrant with garlic leaves.

    One piece of tofu is enough for stir-frying one plate.

    Cut the tofu into pieces. Old tofu has a firm texture and does not easily break apart when cut into slices.
