Steps for stir-fried tofu with pepper

Cut dried tofu into strips.

Cut green peppers into small pieces.

Cut lean pork into thin slices and marinate with soy sauce.

Shred green onions and dry red peppers, and slice garlic.

Heat the oil pan, add garlic slices, shredded green onions, and dry red peppers and saute until fragrant.

Add shredded pork and stir-fry until color changes and cooked.

Add in dried tofu and stir fry.
