It's delicious! Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, just right. LG loves this fried rice cake very much and even said it tastes like McDonald's xx pie. Haha, it's really like it when you look left and right. The color, aroma, and crispy taste are really similar!

Cut the rice cake into thin slices of 3 cm squares.

Put the wrapped rice cake pieces into the egg liquid and wrap them evenly.

Pour peanut oil into the pan. When the oil is 80% hot, add the rice cake pieces and fry slowly. When frying until light yellow, pick up.

Allow to cool and fry again until the wonton skin bulges into golden yellow. (Re-frying is to make the rice cake inside softer and more crispy)
