This was my first dish for participating in the finals-jubilation.
The main ingredient I use is mutton, which takes the homophonic sound of foreign countries and uses the more festive orange and red colors. Oranges are used as containers and orange meat is added to the vegetables. Firstly, it is to increase the aroma and secondly, it is to remove the fishy smell of mutton. It also has the effect of removing oil and relieving greasy. It can be said to achieve three goals with one stone. It is a delicacy that is more in line with modern people's health concepts.
